The Story Behind The Yes
Hi, I'm Jayden.
I'm the founder of All Signs Point To Yes Events, and more importantly, I'm the person you'll actually be talking to.
Not a booking form that disappears into a rostering system.
Not an account manager who's never set foot in your venue.
Me.
I got my start hosting for a couple of the bigger entertainment companies, running trivia and events across a roster of venues every week.
It taught me a lot, including that I never wanted my venues to feel like a number on someone else's schedule. When you're managing that many rooms at once, things get copy-pasted. The questions get recycled, the energy gets generic, and it's easy to become forgettable.
So I built All Signs Point To Yes around the opposite idea: fewer venues, better relationships, and a founder who's actually invested in how your night goes, not just financially, but personally.
What working with me actually looks like.
From the first conversation through to event night, you're dealing directly with me, the person planning the content, testing the AV and IT setup before we go live, and following up afterwards to see what worked. If something's not quite right, I'll come back and sort it before the next event. Not because it's in a contract, but because I'd rather it just be awesome.
I host the vast majority of nights myself, because that direct relationship is the whole point of how I work. As things grow, I'm building this the right way, bringing in people I trust when a night genuinely calls for it, rather than scaling fast and losing the thing that made it work in the first place. Either way, I stay across every event and every venue relationship personally.
A bit more about me.
I've worked across the hospitality and corporate sectors both here in Australia and while living overseas, and I've recently made my way back home to Australia, which is where All Signs Point To Yes properly took shape. I like people, I like a good bit, I like the chaos of a tie-breaker going down to the wire, and I take genuine pride in turning a weeknight into something people plan their schedule around.
If that sounds like the kind of person, and the kind of business, you'd like in your corner, I'd love to grab a beer, hear about your venue, and see if we're a good fit.
One partner. Every night.
